To check your Lumi balance please follow these steps.
1. Log into Connect Community.
2. Log into Swifin Account. The login page should look like the one below.
3. After you login. You will see a home page like the one below. If do not see a page like the one below, click on “Home” from within the Swifin Account portal.
4. Click on the “Account” button to reveal a page like the one below.
5. Your balance will be shown next to the relevant Account. For example the AKL Account shows the AKL(Lumi) balance. If you want to display the statements click on the magnifying glass icon next to the balance to reveal a page like the one below.
6. To print the statements click on the “Print” icon. To save to a file click on the save icon.
