If you forget your password you can recover it in one of two ways;
Contact you agent or service provider:
They will be able to initiate a password reset. The new password will only be sent to your registered email address.
Contact support team
Log into the community portal and submit a support ticket.
On the ticket please provide;

A member of the support team will be able to initiate a password reset for you. They may require you to provide additional information to assist you and the new password will only be sent to your registered email address.
Please note that for this to work you must have registered a valid email address.
