Many community members had become used to using the original mobile app which was available from Google Playstore. Please note that this App is no longer required and therefore no longer connect to the system.
If you still have the app installed in your phone we recommend that you remove it.
The new App uses PWA and it can be installed simply by visiting the online portal from your mobile phone and selecting the option to install app or add to home page.
