Boil water in a pot,put a small amount aside,
Using a wooden spoon,stir flour into the water,break up lumps untill a smooth consistency is obtained.
Add hot water if necessary.
Cover the pot and cook slowly for 3 minutes
Serve hot with soup or stew.
