Transact account is un account used to transfer money from lumi or AKL to local currency exchange on Swifin platform and also you can use it on buy goods and services wherever you are, not only that can settle your bills using transact account.i think transact account in Swifin platform is like ATM if you have it you can use it in any county not only where you belong ,it plays a big roll in Swifi
